GP in Lifestyle Medicine – Job Advert
East Staffordshire Primary Care Network in conjunction with Everyone Active and Burton & District Mind are seeking a GP in Lifestyle Medicine.
We are seeking a compassionate, forward-thinking General Practitioner with a strong interest or formal training in Lifestyle Medicine. The GP will provide evidence-based, patient-centred care focusing on the prevention, treatment, and reversal of chronic disease through lifestyle-based interventions, alongside conventional medical management where appropriate.
The ideal candidate is motivated to practice medicine beyond symptom management, empowering patients and clinical teams to achieve sustainable improvements in health through behaviour change, education, delivery of long-term support.
